Traditionally, prepreg materials have been associated with low volume and high-cost conversion techniques. Norplex Advanced Composites has expanded our capabilities to offer a proven and growing line of advanced prepregs that provide cost effect composite solutions for mid- and high-volume applications.

Chemistries: Epoxy, Phenolic, Vinyl ester, Melamine, Silicone, Specialty resins

Reinforcements: Various fabrics and unidirectional rovings (glass, carbon, aramid, basalt)

Our new Norplex Advanced Composites facility expands our capabilities to include a direct impregnation hot melt prepreg line in addition to our traditional solvent-based prepregs.
